| Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) Program |
The Ukiah Adult School, which is part of the Ukiah Unified School District, has hosted an LVN program for over 40 years. The Ukiah Adult School is hosting its final LVN program, set to graduate in November 2025. The Ukiah Adult School is working with Mendocino College in transitioning the program to the College.

A Licensed Vocational Nurse gives total bedside nursing care, assisting the patient who is being cared for in the hospital, home, skilled nursing facility, doctor's office or other outpatient facilities. When assigned, the LVN may also give medications and treatments.
The Nursing faculty are all registered Nurses or Licensed Vocational Nurses and have been approved by the State Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technicians.
